REFUND POLICY

We do understand that things happen unexpectedly after making your plans for the jamboree. If for some reason, you are unable to attend the jamboree, a refund is in order. However, after the registration deadline, many bills have been paid such as advertising, t-shirts have been ordered, delivered and paid for, breakfast and dinner plans have been made for the pre-registered number of riders. Thus it is our policy that refunds will be issued using the following guidelines.

All refund requests must be in writing and forwarded to the following address -

Registration refunds will be based on the following -

Requests received prior to August 13th will receive a full refund.
Requests received on or after August 13th and up to 2 weeks prior to registration date, will receive a 50% refund.
Requests received after 2 weeks prior and all No Shows will not receive any refund.

Please allow a reasonable time for processing refunds.
